Actor Sanjay Dutt has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer of stage 3. The 61 year old actor’s family, friends and fans are devastated with the news. Everyone is extending their heartfelt prayers for the Dutt family. Even though the sad news of the deadly disease has disturbed everyone, Sanjay Dutt knows it can still be cured. To keep the actor’s hopes high, cancer survivors, Yuvraj Singh and Manisha Koirala have penned notes for him.

Manisha, Sanjay’s dear friend and co-star in many movies, took to Twitter to motivate the actor. The actress shared, “Sadden to hear about your health challenge dear baba @duttsanjay .. but I know you are tougher !! There has been tremendous struggles in your life and you overcame them, this too shall be yet another win .. praying for your well-being.”

Former Cricketer Yuvraj Singh also took to Twitter from his verified account to extend his prayers and best wishes for Sanjay’s speedy recovery. He wrote, “You are, have and always will be a fighter @duttsanjay. I know the pain it causes but I also know you are strong and will see this tough phase through. My prayers and best wishes for your speedy recovery.”

On Tuesday, Trade Analyst, Komal Nahta, confirmed Sanjay’s disease from his Twitter handle. He wrote, “Sanjay Dutt diagnosed with lung cancer. Let’s pray for his speedy recovery.”

Sanjay Dutt also announced that he is on a short break from work. He wrote, “Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!”
