Saurabh Prajapati, one of India’s newest choreographers, recently finished a fantastic piece of work alongside Yo Yo Honey Singh and stunning Iulia Vântur. The group earned a lot of positive attention for its rendition of the Ramgopal Verma song Yai Re from Rangeela.
Saurabh states, “I am pleased that Yai Re is booming globally. For two main reasons, this song will always hold a particular place in my heart. It’s my first song with Yo Yo Honey Singh, who I love. Simply said, working with him was a blast. His music and vibes are amazing. His contagious enthusiasm and something magical about him. We clicked right away after meeting each other. Iulia Vantur was a pleasure to work with once again. She works extremely hard, and I must emphasise that she completed the full choreography in a single day. When it comes to her profession, she is incredibly devoted and dedicated. Ahmed Khan did a fantastic job choreographing the original, and I’m delighted I have the chance today.”
Saurabh Prajapati on Yo Yo Honey Singh:
“I want to thank Director Mihir Gulati for believing in me – the entire team is great,” Saurabh continues. “Everyone is working together on this project, from the director of photography Manish Shunty to the production crew for Aadesh Gola. When I finally got the results, I was ecstatic with the outcome. Being a part of this cult song is a blessing for me as a choreographer. It’s astonishing what Urmila Matondkar accomplished. I wanted to offer this unique concept and turn it into the 2023 party anthem. I hope to choreograph and direct more music videos in the future and strive to carve out a unique niche for myself.”
Recently, superstar Salman Khan wrote about Yai Re on his social media account, saying, “Song is looking wonderful, excellent party music.” So, this was all about the Choreographer Saurabh Prajapati.
