The actor has been cremated at Chandan wadi cremation ground. He will now always remain in the heart of Mumbai as he is cremated at the Marine Lines area of Mumbai.
Rishi Kapoor died today at 8.45 am due to long-term terminal disease. He was diagnosed with leukemia two years ago, and since then, he was under medical observation. Rishi Kapoor has been in-and-out of the hospital many times from the past two years. The actor with a strong head and kind heart fought until the very end. Present at the funeral were Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Abhishek Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with many other family and friends. Rishi was jovial and lived his life to the fullest. He concentrated on his family, friends, and food when he came to know about the deadly disease inside of him. However, Rishi left us today with a heavy heart. The fans are flooding the internet with condolences and kind words for him. The Kapoor family has also requested the fans to follow the lockdown protocols.
Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh’s daughter, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni got the travel orders from Delhi to Mumbai today. So, she will be traveling by road to meet her family.
