It was previously reported that four Viaan Industries employees have become crucial witnesses in the ongoing Raj Kundra pornography case. According to a fresh allegation, those staff has been instructed to remove indecent footage from Hotshots. It’s the same content-streaming software that cops suspected of being used to transmit obscene material.
The officials are expected to face these four workers in the presence of Raj Kundra. An employee of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) has now been discovered to be a co-conspirator in the case. However, the Crime Branch has yet to provide formal clarification on these accusations.
Raj’s lawyer, Subhash Jadhav, indicated that they will seek bail in the High Court after Raj’s police detention was prolonged. He described his detention as illegal, saying, “Raj Kundra’s arrest is unlawful. There isn’t a single video that can be classified as pornographic in any way. The police submitted a 4000-page charge sheet, but they were unable to find any sexually explicit conduct in the film that showed criminality under section 67a. The remainder of the segment is bailable. On the identical basis, the Supreme Court had already freed Munawar Farooqui.”
Shilpa Shetty is said to have defended her husband by referring to the app’s material as “erotica” rather than “porn.” Moreover, the actress stated that comparable content is now available on numerous OTT sites, some of which are much more filthy than what is available on Hotshot.
Raj has been identified as a major figure in the alleged manufacture and distribution of pornographic films via internet platforms. The Mumbai Police detained businessman Raj Kundra, husband of actress and businesswoman Shilpa Shetty, on July 19 in connection with an adult film racket.
