Actress Pooja Hegde slams an airline due to the rude behaviour of the staff

Popular Indian actress Pooja Hegde took it to her official social media handle to bash an airline. On Thursday, the actress brought an airline to notice for behaving rudely with her and her team. Pooja called out the Indigo airlines publically and tagged them while posting a bashing Tweet on Twitter. She went on to mention the names of the staff who were rude to her. Pooja called them out by saying “arrogant and ignorant”.

On Thursday, taking it to her official Twitter handle, Pooja Hegde tweeted, “Extremely sad with how rude @IndiGo6E staff member, by the name of Vipul Nakashe behaved with us today on our flight out from Mumbai. The airline was quick to send an automated response to the actress. Their reply said, “Ms Hegde, sorry to note your experience. We’d like to connect with you immediately hence, please DM us your PNR along with the contact number. ~Linda.” In another tweet, the airlines added, “Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Ms Hegde. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and would like to assure you that we are certainly looking into this matter to ensure that there are no recurrences.” Check it out below.
