Samantha Ruth Prabhu is reportedly also expected to join the group. She and Varun are a part of Citadel’s Indian branch. The web series starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden will debut on April 28.
In the meantime, Priyanka stole the show on premiere night when she dazzled everyone with a patterned teal dress. Her outfit featured a striking thigh-high split and a voluminous trail. Richard, her co-star, complemented her well and looked sharp in a black suit. On Monday, the actors convened a press conference to launch their marketing in India.
The plot of Citadel is based on the true story of two highly skilled spies named Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra), who had their memories erased after barely escaping death during the collapse of the autonomous international spy organisation known as Citadel. Amazon Studios and David Weil’s AGBO banner, owned by the Russo Brothers, are supporting it.
