Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is known for his controversial statements. He off and on makes it to the headlines for what he says. This time Ram Gopal is in the news yet again because he said that he likes women’s bodies and not their brains. Talking to ETimes, the Rangeela director said, “The brain does not have a gender. A woman can have it, a man can have it. The sexual aspect is very particular and specific. A woman has an extra thing which is her sensuality and which I admire. I mentioned that in my book ‘Guns & Thighs’ also that I like women for their bodies and not their brains.”

He also opened up about Suchitra Krishnamoorthy’s wish to marry him. He said, “I have known her for 10-15 years. That was her way of (expressing) her memories. She was just joking; I always have a funny way of saying things (smiles).”
The director also revealed the role of Mithun Chakrbaorty in his upcoming film 12’0 clock. He said, “He plays a psychiatrist who encounters the supernatural but being a man of science, cannot come to terms with it. Despite being the intense actor that he is, Mithun has never played a role like this in his career. ”
RGV also disclosed that Makrand Deshpande plays the role of a peon in the film. The peon’s daughter claims that she’s responsible for the spate of serial killings happening in the city. As this unfolds, people get confused that if she is mentally challenged or a psychopath.
The movie was shot before the coronavirus pandemic. Also, the remaining parts were filmed in Hyderabad.
