On Monday, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had interrogated the Bollywood actor for six hours in connection with a drug case lodged following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Now, the latest reports suggest that he can be called again for questioning as the anti-drug agency found a discrepancy in his statement.
NCB to call Arjun Rampal for re-questioning:
Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB, Mumbai, stated; “There was a discrepancy in Arjun Rampal’s statement. He can be called for questioning once again.” “The investigation is on in Arjun Rampal case. We have not given him a clean chit,” he added.
The drug cartel case of the Bollywood industry is never-ending. The NCB has only dug deeper into the darker parts of the glamorous and sparkly industry.
