Actress Shrashti Maheshwari, who portrays Anita in the program, was taken to the hospital from the scene. Shrashti, according to reports, played a scenario in which she was soaked with water. She didn’t have time to dry herself since she had to get in the scene on time. Shrashti reported to sets the next day, but she was severely ill, and she was taken to the hospital.
When asked about the incident, Shrasti said, “Actually, it has been raining for quite some time now, and I have been wet twice in rains, plus I played a part in the show where I was drenched again, which has caused my health to deteriorate. The next day, I returned to the sets and even performed a scene, but my health worsened, and the production team decided to ease me out. They were gracious enough to request and arrange for a doctor on set, but I informed them that I would like to attend a hospital with my family. They stuck to their guns and dialed my family’s number, after which I was shifted to the hospital.”
Shrashti continued, “I would like to note Sphere Origins producing house has been kind and supportive. They maintained track of an artist’s health before starting work, which is unusual in the industry. Everyone was worried about my health, from co-actors to hair, make-up, and other staff members, and they constantly checking on me. Along with Tejas, Akshay (Dev) and Mohit (Krish) took excellent care of me (AD from the costume department). I’m still sick, but I’d like to attend the shoot as soon as possible.”
