Pathaan Box Office Update: KRK Spreads Fake Rumors Around SRK Starrer
Pathaan’s Day 6 revenues are expected to put it into the 300 crore club (official numbers awaited.) It has already proven to be Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham’s most successful box office venture. As for Deepika Padukone, she will surpass Padmaavat, which has long been her highest-grossing movie, with the stats as of today.
While everything is in Pathaan’s favor, KRK is attempting to spread discord once more. He tweeted a bit back, “Today Film #Pathaan is facing a tremendous dip of 70%! Thus, the movie’s next three days are important.”

Just not that; in another tweet, KRK charged that the producers of the Shah Rukh Khan movie inflated box office receipts. “Film #Pathaan collected approx 20 crores on Monday, but #YRF will announce 25 crores,” he wrote. Due to Adi’s desire to make a 500Cr club film. Without inflation, I think the film industry will generate $500 million in revenue. Adi won’t need to present false collections as a result.”
Film #Pathaan collected approx ₹20Cr on Monday but #YRF will declare ₹25Cr! Because Adi wants to make it ₹500Cr club film. I believe Film will do ₹500Cr business without inflation also. Therefore Adi doesn’t need to give fake collections.

To top it all off, KRK himself seems uncertain about what he is saying. He adds that Pathaan had a great Monday with 24 crores coming in a newly updated tweet. “Monday is All India Net Business! #Pathaan! #PVR – $5.12 billion #Inox – $3.90 billion #Cinepolis – $2.28 billion 11.30Cr total from 3 multiplex chains. 24Cr in total across all theatres. It’s amazing,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, in only 6 days, the movie has raked in a staggering 591 crores at the global box office.
In the meanwhile, without mentioning anyone specifically, Shah Rukh Khan thanked “all those” to whom he had “made calls” for making it possible for Pathaan to “be viewed by people with love.”
This was said by him during a press conference held at a five-star hotel in Mumbai that was shown on national television. Journalists were not permitted to ask questions during the Yash Raj Films event on Monday.
