Suniel Shetty Opines on Nepotism and Drug usage-
The actor wonders why all of it has become so bitter. The allegations of Nepotism on the Bollywood industry is what worries and upsets the actor. 59 year old actor told a news portal that Bollywood is a place of work and hence worship for him. He was quoted as, “Strong words like ‘film industry gutter hai’ — it hurts a lot. It’s my place of work, worship. It’s not five actors or directors or producers who make the industry.”
He added, “It’s 18 associations, one federation and lakhs of workers who make an industry. Aap gutter nahi bula sakte kisi cheez ko, aap gande log nahi bol sakte, it’s not freaking fair. Today, theatres are closed, millions of workers don’t have work, what are we doing?”
Due to the recent drug angle development in Sushant’s case, Kangana Ranaut spoke up about many actors indulging in drugs. This has made many celebs upset. Shetty believes that not everyone is involved in these activities. He also said that the percentage of people taking drugs is definitely not as high as shown.
He also alarmed the system and authorities to wake up as drugs are prevalent. The actor reiterated that drugs are consumed by many people because it’s a business out somewhere. As per him, it’s a nexus which should be busted.
