Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has resulted in many mysterious knots. Taking advantage of this, many people are aimlessly pointing fingers to defame. Reportedly, such is done by Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut. As a striking response to this, Sushant’s cousin, BJP MLA, Neeraj Singh Bablu has sent a legal notice on behalf of Sushant’s family to Shiv Sena MP. As per reports, The BJP MLA has demanded a public apology from Raut within 48 hours.
Sushant’s family sends a legal notice to Sanjay Raut:
In the party’s newspaper, Saamana, Sanjay Raut has claimed that Sushant’s father was remarrying, resulting in a strained relationship with son, Sushant. Sanjay Raut is also the executive editor of the newspaper. Over such a derogatory remark, family has denied these empty allegations of K.K. Singh remarrying after the death of Sushant’s mother. The family believes that the statements are defamatory.
Bablu gave an on-point reply to the media in Patna. He said, “How can you make such a comment in such a sensitive case without knowing the facts? If need be, I will file a defamation case.”
Sushant’s uncle, R.C. Singh, told a news portal, “Sanjay Raut has given a wrong statement at the behest of Uddhav Thackeray and Aaditya Thackeray. Sanjay Raut is trying to tarnish his image by saying such a thing. It is not a good thing to spoil someone’s image by saying such a thing.”
Raut had written in Saamana, “It is true, how many times did Sushant go to Patna to meet his father? I have sympathy for his father but there are many things that will come to surface.”
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14. The actor was 34 years old when he got victimized to a tragic and mysterious death. Now the case is being handled by the CBI. An F.I.R. has been filed against the actor’s girlfriend and her family by ED and CBI.
