The Bollywood industry has been struck with another grave news today. The younger brother of the veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar has passed away. Dilip Kumar’s brother Aslam Khan dies of Covid-19 today on 21st August 2020. The fatal virus has taken away a prominent person from society today. Aslam Khan was 88 years old when he took his last breath. He died at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, India.
Aslam khan admitted in Lilavati Hospital five days ago for the complaints of Covid-19 symptoms. He then tested positive for the pandemic Coronavirus. Aslam was being treated for the virus at the hospital. However, he gave it into the deadly disease today early morning.
Dilip Kumar’s brother Aslam Khan dies of Covid-19:
Aslam was Dilip Kumar’s younger brother. He passed away due to aggravated health issues that happened due to the coronavirus. Aslam Khan was admitted along with his brother Ehsan Khan at the hospital on the night of 19th August 2020. Ehsan Khan is above 90 years old.
The Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar confirmed and shared the grave news with his fans and the public through his official social media handle. Dilip Kumar retweeted a Tweet that said his younger brother passed away. Have a look at it below.
Meanwhile, Dilip Kumar and wife Saira Banu stay at a different house and they are safe. In April, Dilip Kumar took to Twitter to spread awareness about the novel coronavirus pandemic. His tweet read, “I urge you to #StayHomeSaveLives during this #COVID19pandemic (sic).” He then went on to pen a poem that read, “Dawa bhi, dua bhi/Auron se faslaa bhi/Ghareeb ki khidmat/Kamzor ki seva bhi (sic).” Have a look at his Tweet below.
