Its been a really long time since we last saw Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan on the big screen. Both the actors were last seen acting in 2018. Their fans are definitely immensely excited for them to get back to screens. What better a way to please them than working together on one film? Yes, Shah Rukh Khan will play a cameo in the remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The movie stars Aamir Khan in the lead role. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh also bring out important aspects of the film. While they have touched their entire shooting schedule, Shah Rukh still seems to start with it. The most spiciest of all is Aamir Khan will direct Shah Rukh in the cameo. The last time we saw Aamir behind the cameras was in 2007 in the drama Taare Zameen Par.
Aamir Khan to Direct Shah Rukh Khan in The Remake of Forrest Gump ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’?
The last time we saw Aamir acting was in 2018 in Yash Raj Films’ Thugs of Hindostan with Amitabh Bachchan. Advait Chandan’s Laal Singh Chaddha was supposed to release in December this year. However, coronavirus-induced lockdown disturbed the plans and pushed the movie to arrive next Christmas.
Talking about SRK, he was last seen in 2018 in the movie Zero. The actor acted opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. As per reports, he is gearing up for Pathaan, which will also star John Abraham and Deepika Padukone.
The two Khans were seen together on the big screens was in 1993 in the movie Pehla Nasha, for the first and last time till now, which was Ashutosh Gowariker’s directorial debut.
The Khans have served the audience with quality movies, which also brought them tremendous success.
