We know how coronavirus has sucked the joy out of our lives. It has scarred people terribly. Many industries have been affected severely because of this. The second wave of the coronavirus is even more dangerous and yet again we are at our homes to protect ourselves from the virus. As a result, theatres in most parts of the country have been shut to promote social distancing. Almost all the films’ release dates have been pushed forward. The makers want those films to be released in theatres only when everything gets back to being normal. Out of the many, one film, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai has proved to be different as the movie will have a grand premiere in Dubai. Last month, the makers had announced that no matter what the movie would release in cinemas. In addition, the movie would also release on Zee’s pay-per-view platform, ZeePlex.
Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai Set to have a GRAND Premiere at The Dubai Mall
In India, only a few cinema halls are open in few states, that too mainly in the North East. The revenue generated from these states would be negligible. Also, there were speculations that Radhe would gather quite a sum of occupancy in Hyderabad. However, the city goes under lockdown soon. Now, as a result, major expectations are from the overseas market. It’s going to be released in most traditional markets like the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand etc. Out of these, UAE-GCC is expected to be the most lucrative region where Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai is expected to have the best collections. The good response to advance booking has given an indication of a fine opening on Thursday, May 13.
Now, as per a report by Bollywood Hungama, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will have a grand premiere in Dubai. It will be held today, 12th May, at 10:30 pm. The venue for the same is Reel Cinemas, located at the famous The Dubai Mall.
A source says, “Trade experts, critics, influencers etc have been called for this special screening. The organizers are looking forward to it and will make sure that all Covid-safety protocols like compulsory usage of masks, social distance etc is taken care of.”
