Rashmika Mandanna is grabbing headlines because of getting popular in the Bollywood industry. The actress will share the screen with Amitabh Bachchan in one movie and in another she will be seen opposite Sidharth Malhotra. Rashmika proved her mettle in the acting industry with South Indian films. Her debut in Bollywood would be Mission Mangal with Sidharth. The actors started the shoot of the movie in Lucknow a couple of weeks ago. She was elated to work for Bollywood and even shared a post expressing her excitement. Now, Rashmika has shared how it is like to work with Sidharth Malhotra. In an interview with PinkVilla, she opened up about her bond with him. She even opined on how they get along off-screen.

She said, “It’s been fun! Working with Sid had been extremely easy…He is just that kind, who when walks on the sets, you know he is the lead but also chills…he comes and plays cricket with us, we play games, giggle together…it is just amazing for a person that he is,” the Kirik Party actress told the portal. The Dear Comrade actress also revealed how she bagged Mission Majnu. She said, “It feels like it happened in the blink of an eye. The team reached out to me and over the lockdown, we had zoom call narrations. Listening to the story and reading the script, somehow got me really attached to the characters. I was in love with everything about this film. And things just fell into place.”
For the unversed, Mission Majnu is set in the 1970s. Some believe that the film is based on real events of an Indian Mission in Pakistan. Mission Majnu also stars Kumud Mishra and Sharib Hashmi in key roles. In addition, ad filmmaker Shantanu Bagchi is making his Hindi film directorial debut with the same.
