After the severe probe in Sushant’s case by the Enforcement Directorate, a new dimension of drug usage has come out. This has shocked everyone as chats related to hard drugs like MDMA and marijuana have come out. This came to the limelight after ED went through Rhea’s personal chats with her friends.
Vivek Agnihotri talks about drug angle in Bollywood:
Talking about the same heated topic, filmmaker, Vikas Agnihotri, nods his head about the drug-usage in the industry. He agrees to the massive history of dispensing drugs in Bollywood. He claims that this has risen over the past decade. In addition, he has also taken a jibe at Rhea Chakraborty for staying shut about drugs in the industry.
He told IANS, “For the last 10 years, drugs — especially chemical substances — have been normalised in Bollywood by powerful people. Along with drugs comes a lot of criminality in terms of the money mafia and the terror mafia. All these kind of things come in — all kinds of illegal, unethical and criminal stuff is taking place.”
He also said that Rhea is trying to protect a lot of people in the industry. Filmmaker was quoted as, “I feel Rhea is absolutely lying in the public domain to protect lots of people.”
A few in the industry are anti-India:
He even disclosed that a few people in the industry are anti-India. However, this was never the case in the past. Vivek said, “Obviously, along with the criminality, a lot of urban naxals come into the picture and they are primarily anti-Hindu, anti-India, which is why you will find some of the top stars of India talking about leaving the country. They go stand in JNU or take sides with the Shaheen Bagh people. This has never happened in the industry in the past. Be it Dev Anand, Manoj Kumar, Dharmendra,, — everybody stood for the country. This is a new trend these people have started, of ganging up against the country.”
He also talked about Kangana and said they both have hearts that beat for Bharat.
Although Vivek Agnihotri did not take any names but his words are clear enough to convey the malpractices in the industry.
