Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Review: It’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan day, and like every Salman Khan movie, there’s yet another glimmer of hope that even if the substance is at most subpar, it will still easily outperform others at the box office because of Bhai’s celebrity. Warning: this movie is below mediocrity, much like Radhe, Race 3, and all the other impending Salman movies, which will continue to emphasize the star rather than the story.
This is only a fast review for new readers; it’s a straightforward examination of the movie. No spoilers exist, but that shouldn’t matter to anyone since they’ll only make you want to skip this movie and you’ll thank me later.
Two films, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Evil Dead Rise, are being released, but the former is a true horror movie because Bhoi adores you to death. Salman Khan’s character Bhaijaan lives in a “mohalla” that the city’s MLA (Vijender Singh) is planning to leave.
Now, if you watch Bollywood commercial potboilers, you are aware that once Bhai takes control of a territory, you must leave it at all costs. Even still, Vijender Singh is making an effort because he could have been too preoccupied with boxing all these years to understand how a Bhai film functions.
Oh, and just so you know, Bhaijaan likes to be single because he fears a girl will enter his life and destroy his relationship with his brothers, so he decides to “sacrifice.” But now that all three brothers are in a committed relationship, they want Bhaijaan to marry. The core of the first half is how Bhagya (Pooja Hegde) enters to rectify it without realizing Bhaijaan’s history of extremely violent behavior.
The movie doesn’t offer us anything that we haven’t seen before but instead keeps praising Salman Khan as a celebrity. The movie is an official remake of the forgettable 2014 Ajith Kumar hit Veeram, thus the plot feels antiquated because it is. Veeram was recreated in Kannada as Odeya in 2019 and Telugu as Katamarayudu in 2027, neither of which had the desired effect.
What was Salman Khan thinking by attempting a script that had already been attempted three times in three different languages and failed, and that too with Farhad Samji?
Like the screenplay of the movie, I have no idea.

Box Office Collection:
The first day of sales for Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which debuted on April 21 to generally unfavorable reviews, brought in Rs 15.81 crore. The movie experienced a surge and brought in Rs 25.75 crore on day two, bringing its total to Rs 41.56 crore. On Saturday, the family film achieved a 27.05% Hindi occupancy overall. The film’s second-day sales were positively impacted by the Eid release.
In Kisi Ka Bhai Among his past Eid flicks, Salman’s first-day box office performance was second-to-last. Bharat had the greatest opening day revenue (Rs 42.30 crore), while Dabangg from 2010 had the lowest (Rs 14.10 crore). Of course, we now know that Dabangg was ultimately deemed a success while Bharat fell short of the anticipated box office results. Therefore, it is difficult to predict what will happen to Salman’s film before the important Monday test.
The reviewers may not have been as impressed with the movie as the crowd. The Indian Express noted, “The fact that there’s no other name in the credit line of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is not coincidental. The rest of the cast mainly serves to support Salman Khan’s reputation as Bhai and Jaan, nicknamed Bhaijaan and is extraneous to the nonexistent plot.
