Radhe Shyam takes you back to 1970s England. The film is about a great palmist named Vikram Aditya who tries hard to not fall in love with Dr Prerana. Regardless, he predicts a bright and long future for her destiny has some other plan.
Radhe Shyam review:
Vikramaditya is a renowned palmist that predicts the future. He predicted that the Prime Minister would declare an emergency in India, and it happened. Later, he told a businessman to leave politics and focus on his family business. After a few days, the businessman’s father dies the same day Vikramaditya had predicted. He then boards on a train and says that it will meet with an accident before getting down. Everyone on the train dies.
Till this, the film’s build-up was perfect. However, after a short while, the film takes on the turn to a sappy romance love story that tries to fit in the twists and turns wherever possible. In the end, the film becomes a cliche that everyone is tired of.
Vikramaditya and Prerana are two very different people. One believes that everything is written and goes according to destiny. The other beliefs on science and logic and to live by her own rules. Vikramaditya tries hard not to fall in love. As there is no love line in his hand. However, he falls in love with Dr Prerana. He hopes to live a long life with her, but fate has something else for them.
To conclude, RadheShyam is a one time watch. It, however, doesn’t stand on our expectations. A sequence will take you back to the film Titanic but don’t have high hopes as the Hollywood film didn’t sacrifice logic for the heart. The acting, music, and direction are fabulous. However, the movie has a poor ending and an average screenplay and writing.
So, this was all about the Radhe Shyam review. Bollywood Hush gives the film 2.8 stars out of 5. Stay connected to Bollywood Hush for more new Bollywood movie updates.
