We are yet again back with another piece of news for you. ‘Mister Mummy,’ a comedy-drama starring Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, has begun its shooting in England. The film is directed by Shaad Ali, who is known for films like ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ and ‘Ok Jaanu.’ T-series’ official Twitter account confirmed the news.
“And the trip begins, #MisterMummy goes on floors today in England,” T-series’ official Twitter account wrote.
According to the film’s production crew, ‘Mister Mummy’ is about a couple who have opposing perspectives on child parenting. According to the official synopsis, “Destiny has much more in store for the childhood sweethearts as they go on a wild, rocky trip of comedy and drama.”
In 2003, Deshmukh and D’Souza made their acting debut in the romantic drama Tujhe Meri Kasam. Since then, they’ve acted in films such as ‘Masti’ and ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. Furthermore, the couple will star in the next Marathi film, ‘Ved. It will be Deshmukh’s directorial debut and D’Souza’s acting debut in Marathi cinema.
