Tunisha Sharma Suicide Case: Sheezan Khan’s Bail Gets Rejected
According to Etimes TV, Tarun Sharma, Tunisha Sharma’s attorney, informed the media that Sheezan Khan’s bail application had been denied by the Vasai court judge. The 28-year-old actor’s family was additionally charged by the lawyer with fabricating theories and obstructing the disclosure of the facts. When Sheezan was arrested on December 24, according to Tarun Sharma, his family concocted stories about a phony uncle, chacha, mama, and mother before involving Ali. Thus, the court dismissed this. For the uninitiated, Sheezan Khan’s relatives asserted that Tunisha had a conversation with a man by the name of Ali just fifteen minutes before taking this severe action. They even claimed Tunisha changed her life and found Ali through a dating app.
However, Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma asserted that they were aware of Ali and that he was merely a friend and the late actress’s former personal trainer. According to Tunisha’s attorney Tarun Sharma, who was speaking about the court hearing that took place on Friday, January 13, Sheezan’s family sought to damage the late actress’s reputation, but they never received backing from the media or police. According to Tarun Sharma, the Vasai court noted that Sheezan’s family and attorney lacked support for their claims. Tarun was asked if Sheezan’s family intended to appeal the decision in the High Court. Tarun responded by saying that he is ready to pursue the case even if it ends up in the Supreme Court.
To seek justice for the late actress, Tunisha’s uncle (mama) told the media that they would even go to the High Court and Supreme Court. Speaking about Ali, Tunisha’s uncle disclosed that law enforcement authorities have used Ali’s words as evidence. That he was “only a friend” is obvious. The late actress further discussed it by revealing that Tunisha met Ali two to three times in December. Added, “The information regarding who spoke to her in the previous fifteen minutes and before that is available to the investigation agencies. The investigation agencies informed the court that Sheezan had been with Tunisha for the previous 35 minutes. Therefore, it serves no use to bring up Ali.”
According to the late actress’ uncle, Sheezan Khan has been altering his statements since the very beginning. He disclosed that Sheezan frequently forgets passwords, lists various justifications for breakups, and brings up the Shraddha Aftab case. According to Tunisha Sharma’s uncle, Sheezan was found guilty of witness manipulation and evidence destruction, which led to his bail request being denied.
Falaq Naaz, the Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul actor’s sister, posted a message of support for her brother on Instagram ahead of Sheezan Khan’s hearing on Friday (January 13). “Always with him standing tall and strong no matter what!n Beshak Allah sabki niyat se waqif hai Sabr,” Falaq posted with a photo of Sheezan.
