Jordan is one of the key characters in the Junooniyat serial. It is portrayed by Gautam Singh Vig. Ankit Gupta and Neha Rana play significant roles in this musical television programme, which is produced by Dreamiyata Production, a company co-founded by Sargun Mehta and Ravie Dubey. The actor talks about being a part of the programme, which is getting a lot of hype.
The actor claims, “I’m happy to be a part of this show. The idea is fresh and original. This is the first occasion when a musical TV programme with a significant amount of drama is airing. The main emphasis is on music, and I’m incredibly glad and pleased to be on this trip. Jordan, the character I’m writing about, is from the current generation. His passion is music.”
On his resemblance to Jordan, Gautam continues, “I can relate to Jordan. We both have a lot riding on our future and our desire. Music from Jordan and acting from me both qualify as Junooniyat. Second, I and Jordan are very close to Jordan’s mother. Thirdly, Gautam is attempting to convince his father that he made the correct decision, just as Jordan does with his father. Thus, I believe that this is how Jordan and Gautam are similar in so many ways. Nonetheless, you must occasionally accurately reflect the character’s traits. Everything is based on how you act and communicate. I have Junooniyat towards my passion in real life.”
Junooniyat serial:
Gautam is collaborating with team Dreamiyata for the first time at this moment. To this, he says, “I adore Sargun and Ravie. Indeed, their vision and inventiveness are astounding. I wasn’t able to perform on one of their shows previously because of another assignment, but I was meant to. I am working with them now because I have always wanted to. Everything is so simple because of the environment they have built at work.”
The actor is grateful for the unconditional affection that Bigg Boss has shown him. “I didn’t anticipate so much… I’m thankful. I am extremely fortunate to have everyone in my life because after coming out, I realised how much love I was receiving. The biggest present I have received is that people now call me Gautam Singh Vig.”
He claimed that although shooting in Chandigarh is difficult, Ravie and Sargun managed to pull it off. The actor comments, “I’ve never ventured outside for a daily soap. My mother was raised here in Pathankot, therefore to me, this is just like my hometown. I speak Punjabi, and enjoy their music, food, and everything else, making this feel like my second home. The team is wonderful, flexible, and great,”
He says, “I’ve been working in this field for the past 6 years now, and throughout that time, I’ve witnessed a lot of changes in the industry. OTT is expanding quickly, and a lot of people are having the chance to use it to show off their abilities. Even social media is expanding significantly. Before, you could just sell anything, but now because everyone is so clever, they are aware of the best content. The audience and the industry have transformed in this way. Everyone is now taking their jobs more seriously, paying close attention to the details, and acting more honestly.”
