Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms to resume shooting:
Tanusri Dasgupta is the Executive Vice President of Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms. She has revealed with the public and media on how their production house will resume shooting with fresh guidelines. The coronavirus pandemic had made the entertainment industry and others suffer a lot. People are seeing inflation and crises that have never seen before. Due to the Covid-19 chaos, the government had banned any type of shootings in India from March 18th.
Now, they have reached to a conclusion where the staff and people on sets can work cautiously. Even the executive president of Balaji Telefilms Tanusri Dasgupta reveals that they are already in the prepping stage. They will begin shooting with a smaller crew, fewer actors in a frame while maintaining social-distancing. Moreover, Tanusri Dasgupta also said that there will be less output. Like television in the past years has seen some great production scale, and we have pushed all boundaries. Most of those have to be scaled down, or one has to find alternative ways to achieve glamour shots.

She also added, “We are talking simpler visuals with social distancing, lesser actors per frame, less complicated sequences, no physical contact. We are talking simpler narratives that are easier to execute as we did in the early days of ‘Shanti’ and ‘Swabhimaan’. It has to begin on paper first. In a way, it’s exciting because the content will be king then.”
Balaji Telefilms are hoping to go on the floors very soon. A large number of viewers will soon get to relish their favorite TV shows again. Tell us in the comment section about your thoughts on the story above. Keep coming back to BollywoodHush for more television updates.
