He further shares, “Even I went through a terrible phase of depression, a few years back. I consulted a few people and later resorted to Brahma Kumari. I started meditation and some workouts. It took me some time, about a year and a half, but gradually I was over it. You need to have people around you who are ready to listen to you. You need to let them help you.”
Getting candid he reveals, “In high-pressure jobs, one can cope up by not letting the pressure get you. Even during working hours, try to find a few minutes to relax and meditate, this helps a lot. Working out also helps a lot because you get all charged up and it makes you feel happy. If you are having suicidal thoughts, try to let it go as soon as you can. Surround yourself with people who love you, and who support you. Think positive thoughts and meditate, and don’t let this thought affect you”. Well, Sharad you are an inspiration to many, and fans shover unconditional love on you and we love you too!”
