There was a lot of buzzes a few days ago when it was claimed that Kareena Kapoor Khan had requested compensation of Rs. 12 crore to feature in the mythical epic Sita – The Incarnation. According to recent rumors, KV Vijayendra Prasad, who is writing the script for Sita – The Incarnation, has proposed Kangana Ranaut for the part of Sita. Prasad personally recommended the Gangster actress’s name to Ek Nirajan for the character of Jayalalithaa in Thalaivi, according to another intriguing tidbit.
KV Vijayendra Prasad is also working on RRR – Roudram Ranam Rudhiram. A film starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan and directed by KV Vijayendra Prasad. He is the father of filmmaker SS Rajamouli, and he wrote the scripts for the Baahubali trilogy, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Manikarnika, as well as AL Vijay’s Thalaivi.
Returning to Sita – The Incarnation, Alaukik Desai’s magnum opus is a pan-India production directed by him. It will be released in many languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. KV Vijayendra Prasad is reimagining the Ramayana through the eyes of Sita.
The film is claimed to include a lot of visual effects. “I don’t think any performer has been contacted for Sita’s part, to my knowledge,” Prasad said Mid-Day. He dismissed claims that Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt had been sought for the role. “We’ve just begun drafting the script. After that, we’ll look for a young actor to play the lead.”
The movie will feature a lot of footage of a young Sita, showing her life before she married Ram.
