Bollywood Actor Vaani Kapoor is currently busy with a number of projects in her kitty. The actress is also been lauded for her remarkable performance in the latest film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui (2021). Vaani starred alongside Ayushmann Khurrana for this blockbuster film.
The actress is being lauded for her never-seen-before character in the film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. Now, Vaani Kapoor is really happy to have reached where her acting talent is being recognised by the public. Usually, the actress was only slotted into the ‘rom-com actor’ and ‘good dancer’ categories.

Actor Vaani Kapoor said, “Everywhere, people would say, ‘You dance really well, and I would be like, ‘I also act’. Maybe I don’t get that meaty parts enough to showcase [my acting skills]. I am not trying to be immodest here and say ‘I know how to act’ and of course, it’s also the director (Abhishek Kapoor) who has presented me in a certain way in this film, and it worked,”
Furthermore, the actress is also happy that both her 2021 films BellBottom and Chandigarh Kare Aaqhiqui were released in the theatres. She revealed, “I am happy that it released in theatres, not OTT because I feel it reaches a larger audience. A lot of people are still not on OTT. Of course, it reaches the outskirts of cities, but the majority of people there are not on OTT. Theatres do that much.”
