Aparshakti and Ayushmann Khurrana are without a doubt one of the most recognisable and enduring brother teams in Hindi cinema. Each of them has made a name for themselves thanks to their flawless acting abilities, particularly their comedic timing. Imagine them both coming together now. Aparshakti and Ayushmann will host the Zee Cine Awards this year, so it’s official. The performance, which is scheduled for February 26 in Mumbai, will feature both brothers at their most entertaining.
“Working with him is always a pleasure.” According to Aparshakti. He further adds, “We had previously co-hosted another show, which was hilarious. We understand that working together is a professional commitment and that it doesn’t happen often. Yet given our individual backgrounds, the performance undoubtedly gains charm and levity, and I hope we can convey it on stage. The goal of the evening is to be memorable, and we both intend to work hard to achieve that.”
Aparshakti & Ayushmann Khurrana:
Aparshakti and Ayushman Khurrana are not occupying the stage for the first time. In 2019, both brothers have already hosted IIFA. With his exceptionally humorous and eccentric dramas over the years, notably his sensational breakthrough in Shoojit Sircar’s Vicky Donor in 2012, Ayushmann Khurrana has carved out a space for himself in mainstream Hindi film. Similar to him, his younger brother Aparshakti Khurana has been successful in recent years in showcasing his talent in movies and web series.
Although the acting abilities of the two siblings differ, they do have a similar sense of humour. As this year’s Zee Cine Awards hosts, the two are now prepared to showcase their comedic talents on February 26 in Mumbai. The show’s host, Ayushmann, was just revealed. The news of his brother joining him is just now becoming public.
About his professional endeavours, Aparshakti had two theatrical releases in Dhoka: Round D Corner and Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon last year. He is also getting ready for the thriller Berlin, starring Ishwak Singh and Rahul Bose, which is being directed by Atul Sabharwal. Anek, Doctor G, and An Action Hero were among Ayushmann’s three theatrical releases from the previous year. Dream Girl 2 is his eagerly anticipated follow-up.
