The Tunisha Sharma suicide case is still under investigation. On December 24, the actress was reportedly discovered dead on the set of her television show Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul. The following day, after Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma filed a report for “abetment to suicide,” her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan was taken into custody. Since that time, the actor has been held in detention while his mother, sisters Falaq Naaz and Shafaq Naaz work tirelessly to establish his innocence. Sheezan’s mother just wrote a heartfelt letter and revealed that Falaq Naaz is being treated at a hospital.
Sheezan’s mother, Kehekshan Faisi, uploaded a photo of Falaq laying in a hospital bed with her eyes closed to her Instagram stories. She captioned the image “Sabar (Patience)” when sharing it. She also penned a lengthy letter, which her daughter Shafaq Naaz reposted on her Instagram account. “I am unable to grasp why and for what cause our family is being punished,” Kehekshan wrote in his note. Without a shred of evidence, my son Sheezan has been incarcerated for the past month and is serving time.
Kehekshan stated, “My daughter Falaq is in the hospital, and Sheezan’s younger autistic brother is ill. Is it wrong for a woman to treat another person’s child like it was her own? Or is it prohibited? She then inquired more about the connection between Tunisha and Sheezan. She asked, “Was it wrong or forbidden for Falaq to adore Tunisha like her younger sister? Did Sheezan and Tunisha’s decision to give up their relationship or break up space also constitute a crime or an illegal act? Did we not have the right to love that child because we are Muslims, she said in her closing statement? What are we guilty of?
