Throughout the ceremony, the actor could be seen talking with his father, Mansoor Ali Khan. Even better, he danced to “Papa Kehte Hain.” Learn more about Ira Khan’s Engagement below.
Ira Khan’s Engagement
Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare held a formal engagement party the day before, and the Khan family, including her cousin and actor Imran Khan, attended. The family’s friends came in large numbers to the celebrations, including Sunita Gowarikar, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and a couple of filmmakers, Ashutosh and Sunita Gowarikar. Mansoor Ali Khan, Aamir Khan’s father, and other partygoers celebrated the historic event by dancing and having a good time.
Visitors and the bride-to-be Ira were stunned when her father performed a renowned song from his first main part movie, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, “Papa Kehte Hain” (QSQT). The star shook hands with his beloved real-life Papa Mansoor Khan.
For those who are unaware, Juhi Chawla and Aamir Khan featured in one of Bollywood’s most well-known romantic comedies, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Reema Khan, the mother of Ira, may be seen dancing with Aamir in a small clip from the original song. For those who don’t know, Aamir Khan wed Reema Khan in 1986, and the couple went on to have two children, Junaid and Ira Khan.
Ira has avoided Bollywood and has been preoccupied with her social activities lately, but Junaid is soon expected to make his Bollywood debut.
