‘Boycott FilmFare’ is currently trending on social media, fans are angry about the hypocrisy the award show has shown towards some actors. After the end of the TV reality show of Bigg Boss 13, on the weekend The 65th Annual FILMFARE award show was aired, the actors gave some fascinating, power-packed performances, we saw Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Vicky Kaushal, Akshay Kumar, and Ayushman Khurrana burning the dance floor through their energized performances.
Whilst the show was full of entertainment, comedy, and drama, then what did the audience didn’t like and want to boycott FILMFARE?
The answer is most of the awards came as a shock to the viewers, the most shocking one was the award for best debutant actress that went to Ananya Pandey for Student Of The Year 2, The movie was so bad and the acting was even more dreadful, thus, it came as a shock for everyone when she received the award. Another award that came as a shock was the best lyrics in a song and the winner was ‘Apna Time Aayega’ from Gully Boy, the audience thinks that there are many more songs which are much more deserving, like: ‘Teri Mitti Mein’ from Kesari. There are even rumors going around in the film industry, that most of the awards were bought by Gully Boy, the hypocrisy of FILMFARE has made many celebrities from the entertainment industry raise their voices too, have a look:
