GOSSIP & NEWS UPDATE: Tusshar Kapoor, a Bollywood actor, may not have had a normal Bollywood career, but he has given some outstanding screen performances in movies like Khakee and Shootout at Wadala. However, he is best recognized for his comic timing in the Golmaal movies. The actor previously talked about his initial reluctance to take on the film. He will reprise his role as Lucky in the fifth installment of the franchise.
GOSSIP & NEWS UPDATE: Tusshar Kapoor On His Role In Golmaal
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Tusshar acknowledged that initially, the thought of playing a quiet character did not appeal to him. When he first heard the script, there were only three main characters, and the fourth was still a work in progress.
He continued by expressing some trepidation about taking the role because he would be working with well-known comedians like Ajay Devgn and Arshad Warsi.
In addition, the Golmaal actor revealed that during filming, it was decided to abandon Lucky’s initial idea to use sign language in favor of just being mute rather than deaf. Tusshar went on to claim that he had to improvise his acting because he had not been given any phrases; rather, he had only been told when to laugh and cry. Well, he performed a fantastic job, since his character Lucky had a lasting impression on us.
On the professional front, he most recently appeared in Maarrich, where he costarred with Seerat Kapoor as a cop. The Rohit Shetty-directed film Golmaal 5 will begin production this year.
