Sumbul talked candidly about her relationship with her father during a recent interview with ETimes. The actress acknowledged that her father is to thank for all of her current success. She said, “I consider myself very blessed since my father is quite understanding and started caring for us on his own when I was six. He was the only one who reared the three of us. He did everything by himself, including waking us early and getting us ready for school, preparing our breakfast, caring for the house, and running his dance studio.”
Sumbul added that she is appreciative of his father’s experiences for teaching her what she knows today. She mentioned her father’s influence on her life and said she never experienced her mother’s absence. She declared, “Up until this point in my life, I have never felt anyone else’s support or direction. My father was present when I first started getting my period; no one else was there to help. My father assisted me with it once I told him. He is completely familiar with my life and everything about it.”
