Who Was Tunisha Sharma
Sharma, who was born in Chandigarh in northern India, always had aspirations of being an actor. She began performing in TV shows when she was just 13 years old and gradually made her way to the big screen by taking on small roles in movies starring well-known Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif and Vidya Balan. But what made her famous was her success on television. The actress played a variety of characters; in her most recent production, which was based on the folktale Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, she played a regal princess. But despite what appeared to be a perfect life, the young starlet was having trouble adjusting. She had previously discussed her struggles with depression, anxiety, and stress brought on by her job and social media scrutiny.
Khan, a 28-year-old co-star from the show who was held responsible for her murder by her family, was detained on December 25 and is still being held in detention. Khan’s life and his time in captivity have also been the subject of voyeuristic media scrutiny.
It has persisted despite legal professionals’ warnings that extensive media coverage of situations where all the facts are unknown could impede the inquiry, be unfavorable to the accused, and be disrespectful to the deceased. Khan and Sharma reportedly dated for a few months, but according to the police, they split up 15 days before her passing. They claim the actress was under “severe stress” as a result of the split and that it may have “pushed her over the edge.”
In connection with the case, the police have questioned several persons and have also looked through pages and pages of Sharma and Khan’s WhatsApp conversations. Authorities have also charged Khan with failing to cooperate with the probe, something the actor’s attorney has refuted. On Saturday, the actor’s bail plea is scheduled to be heard. His attorney claims that he is innocent. Khan and Sharma’s families have been giving the media information about the couple’s connection and swapping allegations with one another.
