Recently, the actor got in a candid chat with Bollywood Hush and revealed his fitness secrets. Currently, Avinash is seen in the serial Sasural Simar Ka 2. Talking about how the monsoon season affects his fitness regimen the actor said, “Yes definitely as Mumbai monsoons are crazy. However, I make sure to not change my workout timings and have an active lifestyle. So sometimes when I am unable to go to the gym because of heavy rains I make sure to complete my workout at home by doing bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges as they are excellent to build your muscle strength. I work out four days a week for 40-45 minutes, so my workout is a mix of weight training and cardio”.
He further adds, “I prefer a simple staple diet of veg, dal, curd, and Jowar roti..dinners are generally grilled fish and steamed vegetables. I make sure to have sufficient protein intake. As far as skincare goes, I drink a lot of water, and I use Aloe Vera gel, and of course, I maintain a positive attitude in my life”
