To keep his weight under control, the former Bigg Boss 14 competitor admitted that he concentrated on his diet. He started a fasting regimen about a month and a half ago after becoming fascinated by the idea of fasting and its many advantages.

The star of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 remarked, “In addition to intermittent fasting, I perform a full one-day, 24-hour fast once a week because I think it is wonderful for cell regeneration. Because of the nature of my body, anything I do for three weeks or 20 days will inevitably have an impact on it. Since I began, I’ve dropped weight. I feel better and I appear a lot slimmer. Fasting does make life more challenging. Simply persuade yourself that there is more to life than just eating to distract yourself from your desires. When you focus on life’s greater things, that is.
