Aamir Khan is shooting for the movie Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump. While shooting for the movie, a scene required high intensity action sequence. This resulted in Aamir’s injury in the rib. Although the shooting of the movie had stopped but the workaholic refused to sit back and let time pass by. He got back on shooting to quickly finish of the work. The actor chose to pop pain killers rather than take off for a few days. The reason behind this is expected that due to the global coronavirus pandemic, safety measures are all installed at the sets and he does not want things to go haphazard but complete shoot in the stipulated time.
Aamir Khan Suffers Rib Injury | Continues to Shoot for Laal Singh Chaddha
A source on the set revealed to a news portal, “While shooting for some action sequences, Aamir Khan suffered a rib injury. However, this did not stall the shoot of the film. The actor just took stock of his condition and in no time resumed shoot by popping some pain killers.”
It is inspiring and motivating to see Aamir’s every day growing diligence and dedication. The sole reason he chose to continue working was the set up arranged due to the pandemic. He did not want to disturb the special arrangements that were made. In addition, he did not want to delay anything from his end and as a result this resulted in him taking a strong decision like this.
The team has been shooting in and around New Delhi since last month. Last week, movie’s co-star Kareena Kapoor finished working for the movie and it was a pack up for her. The movie is helmed by is helmed by Advait Chandan and stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Aamir Khan in the lead roles.
