Recently, the Asia Content Awards revealed their nominations list. Actor Ali Fazal lands the best actor nominations in the Asia content awards by the Busan International Film Festival. The actor is nominated for his character Ipsit Nair in Ray. One of the most versatile actors of the Bollywood industry has proven his worth yet again. For the unversed, Ali Fazal recently played an intense role of Ipsit Nair in ‘Forget Me Not, one of the four films in the Ray anthology on Netflix.
The film was directed by Srijith Mukherji. And the story is a modern adaptation of Satyajit Ray’s story ‘Bipin Chaudhary Ka Smriti Bhram.’ Ali Fazal’s character Ipsit is a cut-throat corporate shark with computer memory.

Furthermore, Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha has also been nominated for the best actress award for ‘Ajeeb Daastaans’ on Netflix. The 3rd Asian Contents Awards (ACA) is run by the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF)’s Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM). The ACA aims to showcase outstanding TV, OTT, and online content from Asia. This year, the ACA was dominated by Korean drama and Netflix originals.
