The recently released Bollywood movie Drishyam 2 has been dominating the box office screens for the past few weeks. Now, the film is all set to become the third highest-grosser movie of the year 2022. Yes, you have read that right! Drishyam 2 film is on the line to join the top three movies after Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva, and The Kashmir Files. With each day, the movie is inching closer to crossing the mega checkpoint of rs 225 crores.
Drishyam 2 holds an exceptional cast featuring bigwig Bollywood actors. The film is led by actor Ajay Devgn. Actors from the first part have reprised their roles for the second instalment with an addition of a few more skilled actors. Films like Bhediya, An Action Hero, and James Cameron’s big-budget spectacle Avatar: The Way of Water were released after Drishyam 2. However, none of these affected the choice of the moviegoers. Now, let us tell you if this continues then the movie is all set to cross the Rs 225 crore mark at the box office.

Apart from Ajay Devgn, the film also stars Ishita Dutta, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, and Mrunal Jadhav in prominent roles. Drishyam 2 has already banked Rs 224.68 crore at the box office collection till now. Now, it will be interesting to see if Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus will have an effect on Drishyam 2 film innings or not.
