The nation was put to halt when coronavirus patients increased and took toll on the health and economy of the citizens. The Bollywood industry was also curbed. From film shootings to movie releases everything was stopped. During that time, actors and members of the industry flew to their hometowns to spend lockdown with family. Kangana Ranaut went to Manali, where she hails from. However, now gradually the restrictions are uplifting. The actors now are flying back to work. Kangana, who was in Udaipur to enjoy her brother’s wedding, has now gone to Hyderabad. She will start with the remaining part of Thalaivi shoot there.

Taking to Twitter, Kangana expressed her gratitude for Himalayas for giving her shelter in the testing times. She even mentioned that it is always tough to say bye to mountains. However, she has to anyways leave for the last schedule of Thalaivi. She also revealed that she won’t be able to return to her home anytime soon because of projects lined up. Kangana will be shooting back to back for them.
Sharing the pictures, Ranaut wrote, “It’s never easy to say bye but time to say bye to my mountains, leaving for the last schedule of Thalaivi to Hyderabad, post that cos of back to back filming commitments might not be back in Manali anytime soon but thank you the Himalayas for giving me shelter in testing times.”

She will be seen as the late political figure ‘ J Jayalalithaa in Thalaivi. Arvind Swami will also be featured in the film and it is helmed by AL Vijay. As per reports, Kangana will be filming for the rest of the portions, including a crowd scene till 10 December. Producer Shailesh R Singh confirmed to the national daily, Mid-day. Kangana also has Sarvesh Mewara’s Tejas where she plays a fighter pilot, in her kitty. She will also be seen in Dhaakad, an action film.
