Richa Chadha:
Richa, a renowned actress considered the best in the business, will next be seen playing a frontline worker during the second wave of the Covid crisis in an unnamed movie produced by Zee Studios. “This is based on the true instances that we all saw during the second wave of Covid,” Richa explains. She further adds, “Loss and despair were present, but there was also hope. In fact, I was so inspired by this random act of generosity from strangers that I founded Kindry, a little social media project that only served to amp up such stories into the second wave. The movie looks closely at our lives during the pandemic when we were terrified to be human and had to maintain a certain distance. It speaks about the medical professionals who selflessly performed their duties. I feel honoured to play the part of one of these strong nurses.”
Abhishek Acharya is the director of the movie. In addition, Richa has finished filming Girls Will Be Girls, the debut film of her co-owned home production. The movie is an Indo-French co-production that Pushing Buttons Studios, Crawling Angel Films, and the French company Dolce Vita Films are working together to produce. Well, we cannot wait to see the actress back on the big screens creating her magic. Keep an eye on Bollywood Hush to keep getting exclusive updates on Richa and her films.
