Huma posted a statement on how the idea came about on Instagram. She stated, “What began as a lighthearted discussion with my closest friends and family—Sonakshi, Zaheer, Saqib, and Mudassar—literally in my living room, led to the creation of this movie. As we continued on our trip, this story gained more and more collaborators as well as friends in the ensuing months. This movie was lovingly crafted and scripted.”
After then, Huma Qureshi thanked everyone for helping to make the “Double XL” dream come true.
‘This film is for everyone who dares to dream BIG!!!’ said Huma in her closing statement.
