Indian Idol 13 Grand Finale: Rishi Singh Wins The Trophy
Finally, Indian Idol 13’s winner has been revealed. The contestant who will take home the prize after a fight that lasted more than six months has been identified. And Rishi Singh is the one. Debosmita Roy was first-runner-up.
All six of the finalists made a big entrance and lit the stage on fire with their performances in the last show. Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya, and Vishal Dadlani, judges for Indian Idol 13, and Sonali Bendre, Geeta Kapur, and Terence Lewis, judges for India’s Best Dancer 3, were both spotted appreciating the finalists’ performances. Also, the audience was in splits at comedian Bharti Singh’s entertaining performance. In the end, Rishi Singh was crowned this season’s winner by the judges, and he was presented with the Indian Idol 13 trophy. In addition, he received a brand-new car and a cash prize of Rs. 25 lahks.
Every time Rishi performed throughout the season, he left everyone in awe and continued to improve. In an interview, Rishi, who is from Ayodhya, mentioned that he once sang devotional songs in a temple or gurudwara close to his house.
As the first and second runners-up, Debosmita Roy and Chirag Kotwal each received a trophy and a check for Rs 5 lakh. Bidipta Chakraborty and Shivam Singh, the third and fourth finalists, each received a check for Rs 3 lakh. Together with gift baskets, each of the six finalists also received a check for Rs. 1 lakh.
