Thappad is an upcoming film directed by Anubhav Sinha and co-produced with Bhushan Kumar. The film revolves around the life of a typical Indian woman whose life changes after her husband slaps her in a party in front of many people, which makes her realize the truth of her whole married life and thus she decides to file a divorce.
