How did Arbaaz Khan feel when Malaika Arora and he were teased? People believe that they are acting, according to Arbaaz, who later added that it is irrelevant. In a recent interview, Arbaaz Khan discussed how he and his ex-wife Malaika Arora received support on social media for co-parenting their son Arhaan Khan, despite some people trolling them. It doesn’t matter what the world says, Arbaaz remarked. When Malaika and the actor-producer are out in public, “people talk on the basis of what they see,” the actor-producer claimed. Why should someone be surprised if Arbaaz speaks to his ex-wife, he questioned?
In 1998, Malaika and Arbaaz got married. Arhaan Khan, their 20-year-old son who attends college in the US, is their child. The former couple announced their separation and divorce in 2017 after spending 18 years together. While Malaika Arora is dating actor Arjun Kapoor, Arbaaz Khan is dating model-actress Giorgia Andriani.
Arbaaz Khan:
When asked how it made him feel when Malaika and he were teased in a recent interview with ETimes, Arbaaz Khan responded, “It doesn’t matter what the world says. They are putting on an act, people say; they are doing this and that. We don’t have to deal with these people, in all honesty. People base their opinions on what they observe us doing in front of cameras outside. These people are not there in our home to observe our activities there. It’s not like we adopt a particular behaviour while we are in public.”
He further adds, “Arhaan’s birthday is something we all share. I talk to Malaika all the time about my son’s job, career, or other obligations and demands. I communicate with her on a daily basis. Why not, then? Why should it surprise anyone if I talk to my ex-wife about my son’s university experience to keep an eye on his needs? My ex-mother wife’s is the next person I’ll call if his phone is busy.”
He continued, “Those who believe Malaika and I have split up and would simply look out for themselves are quite naive. That isn’t how things work. If separated parents stop communicating with one another, the child may experience some degree of distress. Happily, that anxiety doesn’t exist in our household. Arhaan has come to terms with the fact that his mother and father have gone on. He is doing well as well.”
