Recently, while promoting his latest movie, Ayushmann reveals his USP. The actor gets candid about carving his own niche in the Hindi film industry. He also revealed the reason why he won’t be doing any regressive films ever. He has made sure that progressive films are his USP. Khurrana always makes sure to leave an impact on the audience by choosing content-driven movies.
Ayushmann Khurrana:
Talking about doing only progressive films, Ayushmann told Bollywood Hungama, “I think it’s just that I don’t want to do anything regressive. I know, the popular palate is slightly regressive, but I can’t change my mindset like that. So, this is my USP, I’ll do films which are progressive, that has a moral.”
He also says, “I believe in cinema bringing change to society. A film should reach out to many people and leave an impact with its story and message. Releasing a film at the theatres means it will reach out to many people. Later, of course, it will come out on OTT and reach furthermore viewers. I think this is my only effort.”
On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will be next seen in the upcoming Hindi film An Action Hero, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat.
