The majority of individuals struggle to sleep well in today’s busy and stressful society. Individuals who frequently have insomnia experience irritability and mood fluctuations throughout the day. As a result, we questioned actress Arushi Nishank, who we had previously seen in the films Wafa Na Raas Aayee and Teri Galiyon Se, on how she handles her sleeping patterns.
She claims, “I myself have never sacrificed sleep for the sake of my career, but due to back-to-back meetings, narrations, deadlines, etc., I am unable to take any breaks for naps. Yet, I believe it’s essential to strike a balance between work and life. My top priorities have always been health and fitness; if I don’t get a nap break, I’ll find a way to squeeze in some time for yoga and meditation so that I’m always ready to go.”
Actress Arushi Nishank:
Speaking about her sleep patterns, she claims, “Over the past few months, I have barely gotten more than 3 to 4 hours of sleep because of a demanding travel schedule, events, marketing, etc. But I’m looking forward to keeping up a healthy sleep cycle with at least 6-7 hours each night. Together with eating well, getting enough sleep is essential for leading a healthy lifestyle. Around 8 hours of sleep, every night should be sufficient for a healthy lifestyle. In the world, one in three adults exhibits symptoms of sleep disorders. The interrupted sleep cycle is a result of our modern lifestyle; our elders never experienced any such problems.”
Actress Arushi Nishank also offers some of her helpful sleeping advice. “Take attention to what you eat and drink, and avoid going to bed hungry or stuffed,” She continues, “Avoid eating a lot of big meals right before night, in particular. You might not sleep due to discomfort. Keep your space cool, quiet, and dark. It could be harder to fall asleep if you are exposed to light in the evening. Avoid taking naps in the afternoon and keep naps to no longer than an hour. Regular exercise can help you sleep better. Before going to bed each night, I also meditate for ten minutes. I also think everyone ought to carve out at least a little time each day for themselves. I can calm down, get ready for the next day, and keep my mind clear by meditating.”
