Vijay Deverakonda gave the first look at his forthcoming film VD12 on Friday with the release of a poster. Vijay’s forthcoming Telugu film will feature a collaboration between the actor and Gowtam Tinnanuri. The actor, whose role in the poster was that of a police officer, claimed that when he read the screenplay and saw who would be directing his future film, which went on to win a National Award, his “heart skipped a few beats.”

The phrase “I don’t know where I belong, to tell you whom I betrayed – Anonymous spy” on the poster hinted that the movie will be an espionage thriller. The billboard also showed a burning ship amid the sea.
The first look poster was also published by Gowtam Tinnanuri with the phrase, “First Look.” “VD12 This one with @TheDeverakonda is unique. We are not going to call this earth-shattering, MASSIVE, or HUUUGE, but this is fantastic, tweeted producer S Naga Vamsi.”
The VD12 filming is expected to begin soon, and further details should become available in the coming weeks.
