While the actress Sneha Jain agrees that rains disrupt our life, she also argues that the warmth you experience during the monsoons makes it worthwhile. She said she enjoys watching the rain fall while relaxing in her home. She says, “I don’t like getting wet, but I appreciate the way the monsoons make me feel when it rains. I enjoy drinking hot tea, eating hot food, and watching TV shows at home. Also, I have a tradition of going to the beach in the rain. I enjoy going there to see the sea, especially when I’m with my four friends because we make it a habit.”
Actress Sneha Jain continues, “Shooting outdoors is very difficult when it starts raining in Mumbai,” noting that this is the period when everything becomes problematic. The city may flood if the rain falls nonstop for two to three days. It is dangerous due to water logging because many places are built downhill. Once, while filming an episode in Madh, it rained heavily. When it came time to pack up at 9 o’clock at night, the rain didn’t let up, and the water level reached our knees, creating a serious threat. Eventually, due to the hazardous conditions outside, the production chose to remain on the Madh property. I have firsthand knowledge of the difficulties and dangers associated with shooting outside during a rainstorm, which affect not just the performers but also the crew, production team, and other parties.”
Actress Sneha Jain:
She asserts, “Monsoon traffic congestion is definitely a major problem. Recently, I had to go to a friend’s house, and because of traffic, it took me four hours. I would absolutely choose to take the metro when travelling large distances. Because it helps me avoid traffic and get where I’m going more quickly. For the metro, we are grateful.”
The actress concludes, “Of course, she pays special attention to grooming her skin and hair. “Due to the precipitation and the chilly weather during the monsoon season, I make sure to take extra care of my hair and skin. I have a set hair care and skincare routine and use the right products to keep them protected. Regarding my earliest memories, I can recall how excitedly my siblings and I awaited the rains. Even though our mother would object, we would slip outside and dance in the rain. We used to always get soaked in the first rains. Because they are fleeting moments that live eternally in our hearts, I treasure those memories so much.”
