“I start by keeping hydrated by consuming lots of water, fresh juice, fruits, and salads. Additionally, it’s crucial to dress comfortably to avoid excessive perspiration, which depletes your vitality. Exercising outdoors in hot, humid weather might result in heatstroke or sunstroke. I, therefore, prefer to exercise inside throughout the summer. I exercise by attending dancing classes, MMA training, and the gym. Summertime frequently results in a slow metabolism. My own experience has shown me that one of the simplest things is to maintain or lose weight. When I travel, I always bring my food scale with me so I can keep track of how much I’m eating. “For me, exercise has no season. I work out all throughout the year, regardless of my weight, my attitude, or the season. The intensity varies according to energy levels, but I maintain a regular workout schedule. Heat and humidity are irrelevant because the goal is to work up a sweat. I dress in loose, cotton clothing or breathable materials if the environment is a little uncomfortable. Exercise and diet should be considered lifestyle decisions. I choose to eat healthily 80% of the time, with lots of fruits, veggies, juices, and other such items. I spend a lot of time walking and swimming when I’m on vacation. Getting up early and exercising for 10 minutes is a pretty easy method and advice for everyone. “
