Challenge Announcement
The chefs instruct the competitors to examine their respective counters at the beginning of the episode and open the mystery box that has been placed in front of them. When they discovered that the components were unique to each nation, the contenders were astounded. Now the task was to create a distinctive cuisine in 60 minutes using the goods already on the counter, but with an Indian twist. Later, we witness the judges inviting Chef Guntas Sethi into the master kitchen, where all four of them tasted the delicacies.
Help From Judges
The chefs walked to their stations to assist the competitors since some of the items were unfamiliar to them. Priyanka was taught how to cook the fried fish by Chef Vikas Khanna, while Urmila Baa was observed talking with Chef Ranveer Brar as she prepared an English dish for the first time.
Challenge Struggle
The home cooks found it a little challenging to create because some of the ingredients were unfamiliar to them. Shanta had never tried wine before, but she had to taste it for her recipe and add it appropriately. While Sachin and Kamaldeep received duck and fish that they had never made or tried before.
Tasting
After the allotted time had passed, Chef Ranveer Brar is credited with saying his well-known line, “Time Khatam, Peeche Kadam.” Each of the four chefs tasted each contestant’s dish and provided their assessments. While some dishes greatly impressed them and others let them down, they all received praise for their efforts because everyone gave it their all.
Result
The judges selected Gurkirat’s dish as the “dish of the day,” and they also praised Kamaldeep’s dish. They were both spared from elimination this week and joined the other candidates in the audience. The six remaining contenders, Urmila Baa, Shanta, Priyanka, Sachin, Vineet, and Yashu, advanced directly to tomorrow’s elimination round.
